Please read these terms carefully before booking a service with Mobile Wheel Hub. By proceeding with a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.
About us

Services
We provide mobile alloy wheel repair, diamond cut refurbishment, and colour change services at your chosen location. All work is cosmetic only. We do not repair cracked or structurally buckled wheels — such wheels will be declined at the point of inspection.
Bookings and quotes
Quotes provided via our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed on inspection of the wheel(s). We reserve the right to revise a quote if the actual condition differs materially from what was described.
Your responsibilities
You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time. The vehicle must be parked on a level, stable surface. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally parked and that we have permission to work at the location.
Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty on all refurbishment work against defects in our workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by kerbing, road debris, chemical cleaners, or other external factors after the service has been completed.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Invoices not settled within 7 days may incur a late payment charge.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a call-out fee to cover travel costs.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, tyre condition, or any indirect or consequential losses. We carry public liability insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
